No Returns — Easy Exchanges

At Ranika Jewellery, we do not offer a return policy. However, we do have a smooth and easy exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Exchange Policy

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • We initiate an exchange only in two conditions:
    1. You receive a defective or broken product.
    2. Parts of your order are missing.
Unboxing video required: To process any exchange claim, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please record the package being opened while it is still sealed. Claims submitted without this footage cannot be considered.

How to Initiate an Exchange

    Go to the Return / Exchange section on the Ranika Jewellery website.

    Correctly enter your Order ID and Contact Number.
  3. 3
    Choose the items you wish to exchange.
  4. 4
    Submit your request along with your unboxing video.
  5. 5
    We will review your request within 24 hours and contact you to assist with the exchange process.
